Woof Parcel Returns and Refund Policy

At Woof Parcel, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to ensure you have a hassle-free experience with our subscription service. Below is our Returns and Refund Policy:

1. RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your Woof Parcel if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@woofparcel.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We'll guide you through the process.

2. REFUNDS:

Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

3. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS:

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made before the renewal date.

For prepaid plans, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

4. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your Woof Parcel. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS:

Woof Parcel is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure a secure delivery location or contact the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

6. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL:

Subscription renewals are automatic, providing a seamless experience for our subscribers. If you wish to cancel or make changes to your subscription, please do so before the renewal date.
